Bizarre Pumpkins

My first post in the Spring of last year was about the Smashing Pumpkins and I'm listening to them as much now as I was then, if not more.

I love this video, it's one of the strangest alternative rock moments captured on film, I think.

The song's called Geek USA.

Anika, Gyratory System, Quietus

I've been invited to support Gyratory System and Anika in a couple of weeks at The Lexington on Pentonville Road, which I think will be fun.

The event is being promoted by The Quietus.

I really like the venue and am very much looking forward to playing; this is my first live outing of the year, I'm done with the recording studio for the time being and I think it'll be good to get back on stage after a few months' break.
