I need to give this a few more listens, but right now I think it's great. Comparisons with The Horrors' work will be unavoidable but having seen S.C.U.M develop and grow over the past few years, I'm very excited about the direction they're taking. And with a bit of context, it's easy to see that they're well on the way to carving out their own, exclusive niche in a broad consciousness. Leave The Horrors out of it.
